We haven’t measured enough cars crossing this stage to quote a number — in practice it tends to pass between two daily checks of BMW’s feed.

What it means

Pre-delivery inspection: the dealer’s technicians check the car over, remove transport protection, update software where needed, and give it a very thorough wash. Your client advisor usually reaches out around this stage to schedule the handover.

The status codes themselves are BMW-wide: every US order walks the same pipeline, so the meanings hold for any model; exact durations vary by plant and route.
